Pause. Blow bubbles.

What I love about blowing bubbles is you don’t have to put a lot of thought into doing it. You simply dip the wand in the bubble solution, bring it up to your lips, and blow.  There’s no complicated strategy, no right or wrong way to blow bubbles.

Just relax. Watch the clear, glassy bubbles dance and drift away towards wherever the wind takes them.

Take a deep breath and blow.

Blow bubbles as a breathing exercise.  Breathe in then breathe out and blow all your worries away.

Clear your mind. Nurture your body. Soothe your senses. Calm your soul.
