Pause

Pause.  Take a deep breath.

Empty your mind of all worries, even if only for a few short moments. When you do, you will suddenly have free space in your mind to welcome in answers, solutions, unique ideas, and other more meaningful thoughts.

Slow down. Feel peaceful. It’s better for your mind, heart and soul.

Be mindful of where you are and what you’re doing. Count the stars in the evening sky. Hear the laughter of children playing. Have a sip of tea.  Listen to music.

Do whatever it is that leads you to your own quiet place. This is what posts on Pause are about.

Watch. Listen. Be still. Relax. Be in the moment. Pause. Breathe.
